Gornyi Zhurnal
The July 2019 Issue of Mining Journal (No. 7, 2019) offers both subject information and anniversary publications.
This issue opens with a selection of contributions from prepared by experts from the Gaisky Mining and Processing Plant which celebrates the 60th anniversary this year. The articles describe history of the plant, give a summary of the plant performance in the intervening years and expose efforts undertaken to improve technology, equipment and management of mining and processing.
Furthermore, the issue publishes articles dedicated to the 100th anniversary of an outstanding man in the mining science and education—Academician Vladimir V. Rzhevsky. His team-mates and colleagues shear their best memories with our readers.
The other published material addresses some other question currently of concern in mining.
