Abstract |
There are considered the peculiarities of substantial composition of copper ores of Udokan deposit. There are given the comparative results of researches of antlerites, hydroantlerites, brochantites and hydrobrochantites. There is revealed, that hydrobrochantites and hydroantlerites, which are formed in the process of cryomineralgenesis have anomaly properties: they contain hydroxyl water, varying quantities of crystalhydrate water and decreased content of copper. These properties significantly change the flotability of minerals and require the application of non standard technological decisions during the development of oxidized waters concentration scheme. There was carried out the searching of new and more efficient reagents-collectors. There is substantiated, that during the flotation of this type of ores, the perlastan OCV is the most efficient collector. This article shows the following necessities: -accounting the peculiarities of the content of ore minerals of cryolithozone and influences of crystal water on flotation behavior of sulphates; -stabilization of energetic state of dispersion system with the control of Eh value; -application of weak energetic influences on dispersion system; -process of structuring of dispersion environment. There is recommended the technological scheme of processing of oxidized poor balance copper ores of Udokan deposit. The quality of obtained copper concentrate corresponds to the KM-7 grade. |
