Реферат

This article gives the results of research of technological peculiarities of concentration of fine-ingrained carbonate-fluorite ores of Voznesenskiy ore region deposits (Primorskiy Krai). There is proposed the efficient technology of straight selective flotation of fluorite, excluding the operations of high-temperature processing of pulp, based on application of oxyhydryle collectors in combination with natrium fluoride. Such technology is implemented on concentration plant of Yaroslavl mining company. Its usage gives the possibility of involvement of poor high-carbonate ores with carbonate module of 1.0-1.5 and lower in processing. There is given the explanation of selective adsorption of used compositions of reagents. Improvement of developed scheme is realized in the direction of optimization of dispersion-colloid structure of applied collectors. There is defined that batching of dispersing modifiers from the part of hydroxyethylated compounds makes it possible to increase the indices of selectivity of flotation and decrease the consumption of collectors. During the concentration of poor high-carbonate ores in open flotation cycle, using the technical circulating water of enterprise, it is possible to obtain the concentrates with 89.34–93.65% of СаF2 with extraction of fluorite to 73%. Granulometric and chemical analysis of flotation tailings have substantiated, that usage of compositions of reagents in combination with hydroxyethylated compounds provides the possibility of increasing of efficiency of fluorite extraction from thin grades of grinded ore. There is shown the possibility of saving of reached results of concentration during the decreasing of rough flotation temperature to 12 °С.
