Реферат

The current situation in the coal industry of Kyrgyzstan that is rich in coal reserves from lignite to anthracite is considered. Predominance of coal reserves with low degree of metamorphism, which include brown and subbituminous coals and gas, is highlighted. Low calorific value, high volatile content, high humidity and exposure to crumbling of such coals is indicated. It is shown that using the modern coal processing technologies is necessary to improve their consumer properties. Phased implementation of the current coal processing technologies to produce products with new consumer properties is initiated. The information about the developed local coal processing methods and the equipment for their implementation are presented. The results are based on the use of techniques and technologies of fluidized bed pyrolysis and partial gasification of local coal. The experience of their commercial introduction and further implementation associated with synthetic liquid fuel production and valuable metal recovery from coal ash for ferroalloying is outlined.
