Реферат

Common-Rails fuel systems can be manufactured in the future with substantially smaller expenses owing to the new forging process developed by the Institute for Integrated Production Hannover (IPH) together with its European partners. This technology is based on preliminary component deformation via cross-wedge rolling and consequent forging to finished conditions. It is accompanying with essentially less burr forming than using previous technologies. IPH institute has developed for small and average enterprises especially compact “flat” cross-wedge rolling unit designed specially for manufacture of small batches. This is the first equipment of that kind that has been put into commercial operation in the industry: so, a forging company from Turkey plans to use it for preliminary deformation in fabrication of femoral implants.
