The global economy is gradually displaying the growth tendencies, in spite of continuing effect of several negative factors. Scientific and technical progress is considered to play an important role in development of the positive tendencies. The evident improvement of sales dynamics in the global markets of metal products is noted. In these conditions metallurgical companies from the most leading countries succeeded to choose and fix the rational development way, overcoming resource restrictions and price volatility. The most of experts think that there are reasons for cautious optimistic forecasts.
