Реферат

The results of the full-scale trials of tapered chutes for dressing of froth products after rough and recleaner flotation of copper and copper–zinc ore at the processing plant of Svyatogor, UMMC are presented. The full-scale trial procedures, design of the tapered chute and its performance in operation with froth products of rough main copper and zinc flotation, as well as the first recleaner flotation of copper are described. The tapered chute was tested using froth products of flotation of Volkovskoe, Safyanovskoe and Novo-Shemur ore fields as well as converter slag. The possibility to obtain a quality product at high recovery of valuable components in the lightweight zoning yield of the chute is demonstrated. Processing of froth products in the tapered chutes has equivalent efficiency as recleaner flotation. Using the operating results of tapered chutes, the mathematical modeling of froth product processing circuits in tapered chutes was performed. The possibility of increasing extraction of valuable components in the end product by 2–5 % is shown. At the same time, it is possible to improve productivity of initial feed and to simplify equipment configuration by reducing the number of flotation cells.
