The scheme of complex usage of Kuzbass manganese ores, including carbon- and silico-thermal ore reduction for manufacture of standard manganese alloys is considered. Fabrication of concentrate for chemical enrichment with its consequent usage of fabrication of metallic manganese and for steel ladle or tundish treatment is described. Based on undertaken investigations, technological processes providing essential rise of through ratio of manganese extraction are observed; they incorporate rational combination of technological solutions for optimal usage of physical-chemical properties of West-Siberian ores.
