Реферат
The results of numerical simulation of drying processes of modern pouring refractory materials for steel pouring ladles, tundishes and iron transportation ladles are presented. It was established that mechanical destruction due to strength failure owing to high internal pressure arising during filtration of gas products of drying, can be considered as the main mechanism of formation of lining defects during drying. The principles of organization of drying process allowing to get maximal resistance of lining, minimal time and power consumption are proposed. Examples of realization of optimal drying technology are observed.
