Реферат | The downwarpings in the Baltic sea are the model, explaining the mechanism of accumulation of carbonate-oxide ores. Microlaminated silts of downwarpings contain about 10 % of Corg and 12.9 % of Mn. Oxided Fe-Mn ores (concretions and crusts) are accumulating on 20-155 m depth, carbonatemanganic ores on 200-450 m depth. Carbonate-manganic silts have been compared with ancient carbonatemanganese ores. The conclusion has been done that these ores have been formed in similar sedimentative conditions. |
Ключевые слова | The Baltic sea, hydrosulfuric pools, manganese, iron, carbonate and oxide manganese ores, rhodochrosite. |
