Abstract

An inefficient dust control of environment at the equipment operation is the main reason for occupational diseases and decreasing of equipment productivity. Due to the high requirements to the liquid purity, the application possibilities of a new development are limited in mining, metallurgical and other industries.
Donbass State Technical University and J.T.S. (Joint Technical Secretariat, Poland), created and tested a drenching system, which does not need a mechanical service during unlimited time with operation on the polluted technical water. This drenching system corresponds thus to all international requirements for safety.
During the improvement of this system, the following important problems have been solved: afterpurification treatment of the waste lines, which are inherent to hydrodynamic division of two phase liquids; increasing of durability of dynamic pumps at the expense of recirculation of a part of liquid.
