Abstract

Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise is the large consumer of energy resources. Increasing of reliability and efficiency of the energy supply systems, taken with the minimization of wastes of energy resources, is the most actual task of energy and technological services, within the strategy of current and medium-term development of the enterprise. There are dedicated two groups of investment projects. The energetic aspects of these groups show the main development and improvement directions of the energy supply systems, including the optimization of the energy resources consumption.

First group is the system modernization of the main electrical equipment, with a view of reliability and safety increasing of exploitation of the main reductor, shop and sectional transformer substations, distributive and switching substations, and air and cable lines. The second group includes the large capital-intensive technical and technological projects, directed on the solving of strategic tasks of long-term and effective development of Kovdor Ore Dressing and Processing Enterprise.
