Recycling of sediments of sewage water of galvanic facilities

The monograph presents the main data about wastes of galvanic production – galvanic slimes, their composition and physical-chemical properties. Classification according to the methods of processing, recovery and neutralization is given. Recovery methods for waste waters of galvanic production are comparatively analyzed. The results of investigations and developments of the leading scientific-research and designing institutes in the field of burial, usage in metallurgy and hydrometallurgy, extraction of metals and manufacture of products of different usage are presented. Recommendations and technological schemes for usage of galvanic slimes of different composition in construction materials industry are proposed.
