Tsvetnye Metally
The subject area of the 8-th issue of the journal «Tsvetnye Metally» (Non-ferrous metals) (August, 2015) shares the traditional sections of the journal: rare metals, noble metals and alloys, composite coatings. This journal shares the questions of theory and practice of production and processing of non-ferrous metals, complex use of crude ore, economics and management of production.
The article, written by the authors from Bashkir State University, shows the research results of innovation activity of the companies in the part of R&D financing, patenting and the degree of involvement of intellectual property objects in economic circulation. There are shown the certain tasks and ways of activity for the construction of intellectual property management system.
The section «Noble metals and their alloys» includes the article, which considers the methods of removal of autoclave preg-robbing, applied in industrial practice.
The article, written by the authors from the Institute of Chemistry of Far Eastern Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences, gives the information about the developed methods of formation of hydrophobic layers and wear-resistant coatings on AMG3 (АМг3) alloy and MA8 alloy, respectively.
Selective laser melting method is a prospective way for obtaining of metallic products with complex geometric shape. It is especially attractive for aviation industry, where titanium alloys are widely applied. The article, published in the section «Metal processing», gives the results of researches of Ti-6Al-4V alloy powder. This alloy became the basis for production of compact samples and billets of gas-turbine engine details by selective laser melting method.
