The materials of the issue are studies of a wide range of processes and technologies for ore preparation and mineral processing.
The advantages of using screening surface of a trapezoidal shape in vibration classification are substantiated in the article of O. Yu. Bizyaev et al.
Studies of the grindability of alumina-containing wastes have been carried out with the aim of involving this material in the technology of primary aluminum production (the article by A. E. Burdonov et al.).
An approach is proposed for automation of ore grinding technology based on the use of computational methods for determining technological parameters that are not measured by existing equipment of continuous monitoring (the article by P. A. Safronov and V. T. Tsorayev).
The results of successful laboratory and pilot-scale tests of a pneumatic flotation machine Pneuflot for recovery of fine-grained gold from gold-processing plants flotation tailings are presented (the article by A. V. Lebedok).
Proposals on optimizing the flotation regime for low-sulfide platinum-metal ores of the Kola Peninsula are given (the article by T. N. Mukhina and V. V. Marchevskaya).
