The issue includes publications covering practical and theoretical problems in the field of beneficiation technologies and processes both in the Russian Federation and abroad. And in the article in section «Secondary raw material processing», a substantiation of the hypothesis of wet coal sludge briquetting is proposed, that in practice allows to control the processes of structure formation with an increase in strength without increasing the content of the binder. The «Equipment» section is presented by a publication in which an attempt was made to fill the gap in information on the magnetic properties of porous magnets such as a filler matrix in the form of spheres, used, in particular, as working elements of polygradient magnetic separators-analyzers.
The issue also contains a summary of the traditional International Conference «Plaksin Readings – 2020», marked by the 120th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist I. N. Plaksin.
