The last 6^th issue of the journal in the outgoing year is traditionally opened by publications dedicated to the beneficiation processing of natural raw materials — synnyrites of Eastern Siberia and the Far East, lead-zinc ores of the Shalkiya deposit (Kazakhstan).

The expansion of such sections of the journal as «Technological mineralogy» and «Secondary raw material processing» indicates the growing relevance of research in these areas. The prospecting and analytical works of scientists from Magadan and Petrozavodsk are of significant interest to mineralogists and enrichment specialists. Their articles provide the results of a comprehensive study of the Srednekanskaya dike gold deposit, located in the north-east of Russia, and shungite-bearing rocks of the Zazhoginsky ore field (Karelia).

In publications on recycling of secondary raw materials, you can get acquainted with the data of studies conducted to determine the possibility of beneficiation of alumina-containing sweepings by photometric separation, as well as the results of the analysis of the intensification of dry grinding of powder materials.

The use of analytics in beneficiation production is discussed in the article on the method of glare recognition of foam from potash flotation machines and its sensitivity to lighting.

The «Design» section, although rarely appears in the journal, is, as a rule, represented by significant and relevant materials. In this issue, readers will also be interested in a publication on the creation of the newest Russian enterprises for the processing of copper ores.
