Abstract

Analysis of a state of affairs in organization of mining industry was carried out by the example of the average capacity ore open pits. Presence of the missed benefit in results of the carried out work is shown by this analysis. The reason of losses of production efficiency is connected with the following factors:
-absence of the complex solving of organizational issues of current and operative levels of management;
-absence of typification of current and operative levels of management;
-absence of sufficient information and organizational interaction of subdivision specialists in the course of preparation and acceptance of management decisions in logistical systems.
Instead of incomplete solving of organizational problems, enterprise should apply the integrated system of current and operative industrial engineering. Organizational activity of open pit specialists in the offered system is considered on the basis of integration of interconnections of activity forms in the course of solution of the major organizational issues in logistical structures. Weakness of latest information systems was caused by their isolation and architectural incompleteness of integral presentation of open pit. The contour-integrated approach of industrial engineering system is developed at mining enterprise. This approach provides the hierarchy of management contours and makes it possible to rise the quality of accepted administrative decisions in logistical systems. The development technique of balance of material resources and control of material and accompanying streams is considered by the example of mining. This consideration was held on the basis of integrated operational schedules and control of expenditure rates of materials at uniform input data arrays on the accumulation of statistics.
