Abstract

It is not possible to form new enterprises and companies without creation of a certain favorable internal and external conditions. Internal conditions are defined by the business development strategy, which was formed by the shareholders. External factors depend on the basing country, legislation of country and position of the state structures in the development of national economics. The development strategy of the commodity business of “Russian Copper Company” JSC in the Republic of Kazakhstan was established in a special way. According to this, such strategy does not contradict with the main competitor – the "Kazakhmys" Group. This strategy also completely coincides with the interests of the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the social-economic development of Aktobe region. Design, construction and development of mining and processing plants with a capacity of 4.5 mln.t of copper-bearing ore per year, are the implementation results of investment projects in close and effective collaboration with Akimat of Aktobe region and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Explored and confirmed ore reserves will provide the functioning of enterprises for 30 years. During 2-3 years, 536 mln. USD were being absorbed in the steppe on the empty place. The housing, social and industrial estates were constructed, taking into account and using all the latest global technology and equipment developments.
