Реферат | SMS Siemag applies integrated process models like PSC (pass schedule model), PCFC (profi le, contour and flatness model) and CSC (cooling section control) for use in hot strip mills, CSP plants and plate mills offering best possible product tolerances and properties. The focus during model development is on the best possible physical description of the rolling and production process in order to obtain a high product quality and to minimize the need for complex adaptation algorithms. SMS Siemag also has developed a microstructure model (MPM) to ensure optimal product quality with respect to mechanical properties and to minimize the need for sampling. The modular design of the microstructure model offers additional benefits to improve the accuracy of the other models. Using the results of that model, strain hardening or softening effects during rolling can be predicted, an optimum pass schedule can be calculated and rolling stability problems, e. g. related to material transformation or phase transformation can be avoided. In the nearest prospect it's planned to use intermediate results of material model of structure and properties in integrated calculation of preset values of laminar cooling model. The required complex of properties can be set beforehand, using primary input data (PDI) and strip parameters. Based on the preset properties, MPM module can choose independently suitable speed and cooling strategy, and afterwards this cooling strategy is automatically remembered and used in CSC level system. |
