This research was carried out on the basis of report-presentation, shown in scientific-practical conference “14-th Round Table GLUCKAUF” in Moscow State Mining University. The main ventilation unit is successfully exploited in underground mine “Russol” (Sol-Iletsk). This equipment was manufactured by individual project. Assembly operations were carried out together with representative of supplier-company CFT GmbH Compact Filter Technic and manufacturer-company Korfmann Lufttechnik GmbH. This unit includes the following parts: automated control system; remote-control station; sensors of control of parameters of air flow (velocity, force, supply) and operation of ventilator (vibration, temperature of bearings, temperature of winding of engine); transformators; power cells; power cables and control lines. Transmission of information from the control cabinet to controller's office is realized through the fibre-optic cable, which is laid in air-supply shaft. Two independent ventilators and contours of controlling and supply. Ventilators are installed in neighbouring chambers. Adjustment was carried out on the basis of data of instrumental measurements, carried out directly in underground chambers. Specialists made a program of hardware component and set an operation of ventilator unit, taking into account all required parameters. Specialists and customer defined all limits of preliminary warning and alarm signals. There were also defined the modes of automatic sequences and switching of modes, controlling of ventilators and flaps. Later on, specialists of CTF company carried out the education of controllers and collaborators of site of ventilation and safety measures. New assembled and cooled main ventilator corresponds all requirements of safety and labor protection.
