Реферат | For the Russian mineral resources sector, the vital task is to increase metallurgical results (recovery, concentrate grade) in pyrite ores processing, as this type of ores accounts for a significant (about 20 %) share of the registered economic resource base of the Russian Federation. The article considers the results of the upgrades and a number of improvements, recently introduced at the Uchalinsky, Sibaisky and Gaisky concentrating plants, permitting to improve the metallurgical results and to enhance all-round utilization of minerals. However, the analysis of the available commercial data related to pyrite ores processing in the Russian Federation demonstrates, that upgrade of concentrating plants with introduction of more efficient ore-preparation methods, alteration of flotation flow sheets and application of new types of reagents contribute to metal recovery and selective concentrates grade increase only in a minor way. The testing results of a promising autoclave-hydrometallurgical lowgrade concentrates conditioning technology are presented, and a conclusion is drawn with regard to appropriateness of its application. |
