Реферат

The authors discuss issues of cone and jaw crusher designing. It is difficult to carry out trials under conditions of the present day, and a supplier has to take responsibility for the fulfillment of contractual obligation. In this respect, Uralmash extensively uses mathematical modeling in the machine designing. The aim of the modeling is to define production data of a crusher to meet particular challenges. As a result of the long-continued research, a set of properties of crushed materials has been sorted and named as the physico-technical properties. Kinematics of a crusher is described and related with a crushed material in terms of the crushing process parameters. Design of a crusher takes four stages:
- Definition of physico-technical characteristics of a type of rock;
- Mathematical model-based calculation of force, energy and production data of crushing chamber;
- Optimization of geometry and kinematics parameters of the crushing chamber;
- Rational design of component elements of the machine.
Uralmash practices this approach in engineering design of all new machines, including fine crusher KMD-2200T6-D and gravel crusher KMD-2200T7-D. The tests conducted have shown a good conformity between the data of modeling and experiment.
