Реферат | A symmetrical flat vibrating device dynamic system that includes a carrying body (frame) with two pendulum suspensions attached to it by means of torque members is considered. An unbalance vibration exciter is attached to one of pendulum suspensions. This system is promising with respect to development of a number of vibratory machines for treatment of solid materials. As distinguished from the device conventional dynamic system, vertical symmetry axis of the vibratory system in question forms a certain angle with vertical line. Also, the device is driven by only one vibration exciter, attached to one of the pendulums. Differential equations of motion are derived for the five-degree-of-freedom system. The rules of forced oscillations of pendulums have been formulated, as well as their amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics have been plotted. Ranges of out-of-phase pendulums oscillations with same frequency and similar amplitudes have been determined. It is shown, that out-of-phase pendulums motion is realized in low-frequency range (up to symmetrical resonance), as well as in high-frequency range (above skew-symmetrical resonance). Besides, there is a small inter-resonance frequency range, in which out-of-phase pendulums motion may be realized. In the course of experimental investigations, the resonance frequency ranges (symmetrical and skew-symmetrical), as well as amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of pendulums have been determined, showing fine reproducibility of the theoretical results.
