Реферат | Physical phenomena, observed in bulk material layer under vibration, are reviewed. Consideration has been given to the possibility of creating and employing vibrational fluidization phenomenon of loose medium in its vibrational transportation into force field affected zone. The basic physics underlying separation efficiency increase, when material is affected by vibration, are revealed. The optimal parameters, required for creating and sustaining vibrational fluidization phenomenon, such as vibration angle, vibration amplitude, vibration frequency, overload parameter, are determined. With consideration of these parameters, a vibratory feeder has been designed, providing for material transportation into separation zone in fluidized state. In addition to that, apparatuses have been developed for fluidized material separation in magnetic and electrical fields. In order to study vibratory fluidization effect upon metallurgical performance, a series of experiments was conducted on hematite ore and sphene concentrate. The performed studies revealed, that material separation as «fluid bed», in comparison to steady transportation, permits to increase iron content in hematite concentrate and increase radioactive nuclides recovery from sphene concentrate. Also, the studies demonstrated the effectiveness of dry methods application with respect to concentration of finely disseminated ores. The work was performed with the aid from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Government Agreement No. 14.579.21.0023, UIPNI RFMEFI57914X0023. |
