Реферат | The article presents basic theoretical and practical research results and experience gained in arrangement of integrated monitoring meant to ensure safe and efficient underground mining of the Internatsionalnaya pipe. The method of mining is top-downward cut-and-fill stoping with cemented backfill. Mining safety is aggravated by two water bodies represented by the flooded mined-out open pit and confined groundwater horizon, as well as by dynamic events. The uniqueness of the deposit, conditioned by the factors which complicate mining, is discussed. The analysis of these factors is given. The actual problems handled in the course of mining are described. The current and planned observations are characterized in brief. The urgent unsolved problems connected with the concurrent existence of two types of dynamic events in the part of the deposit are explained. An emphasis is laid on the absence of appropriate regulatory documentation for mining under conditions of rock and gas outburst hazard. |
