Abstract
The article presents the development of schedule of final set of charges and purchases of raw materials planning based on new method of calculation of raw materials demand and management used in production of aluminum alloy materials. The efficiency of the method in the optimization of set of charges depending on the stock of raw materials and inventories optimization is shown.
