Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности синтеза тонких пленок WO3, обладающих электрохромными свойствами, пероксидным методом по золь-гель технологии, связанные с совершенствованием процесса сушки упаренного раствора полипероксовольфрамовой кислоты (ППВК). В ходе исследования обоснован и выполнен объемный метод сушки с применением вакуумирования образцов, помещенных в пластиковые контейнеры специальной конструкции. Показано, что готовый продукт — аморфный гидрогель WO3 — хорошо растворим в этиловом спирте. Рассмотрены этапы формирования продуктов сушки упаренного раствора ППВК. Методом дифференциального термического анализа исследован полученный продукт — гидрогель WO3 — в интервале температур 20–500 oC при скорости нагрева 5 град/мин в воздушной среде. Методом рентгеновской дифрактометрии исследована степень аморфности гидрогеля WO3 с использованием Cu Kα-излучения от 10 до 60 град. при скорости 5 град/мин.
