Abstract

Приведены конкретные примеры из опыта эксплуатации ряда горнодобывающих и обогатительных предприятий, сталкивающихся с проблемой коррозии оборудования, пульпопроводов и иных продуктопроводов. Проводится анализ проблемы коррозии металлоконструкций в горной промышленности, разбор существующих способов антикоррозионной защиты металла с описанием их основных достоинств и недостатков, а также выявление наиболее эффективного метода антикоррозионной защиты металлоконструкций для обеспечения безопасного и долгосрочного функционирования горнопромышленных объектов. Выявлено, что один из наиболее эффективных способов антикоррозионной защиты металла — покрыть его слоем некоррозирующего цветного металла. Наиболее подходящим для этой цели является цинк, как с точки зрения эффективности защиты, так и с точки зрения экономической обоснованности.
