Abstract |
The article considers the influence of higher voltage harmonics on the quality of electrical energy in power supply systems in mines. The relevance of the research and improvement of solutions aimed at reducing the levels of higher harmonic components in power supply systems of mines is beyond any doubt, since higher harmonics increase the loss of electric energy at the elements of power networks, and also reduce their service life. A brief theoretical description of the methods for monitoring the quality of electricity in the Russian Federation is given, as well as the existing measuring instruments on the market are analyzed and the optimal device is selected with regard to its availability and compliance with the requirements of standards in Russia. For mathematical processing of the measurement results, MathCAD and MatLab software packages are used, which have proven to be efficient in engineering environment and have sufficient modeling accuracy. The object of study is a skip hoist in a vertical auxiliary shaft of Internatsionalny Mine, ALROSA. From the measurement data processing and analysis, some indicators of the electric power quality disagree with the requirements of state standard GOST 32144-2013. The deviations are found in the total coefficient of the harmonics of voltage, as well as in the coefficients of the harmonic components of 11, 13, 17, 19, 23 and 25 orders, which are of a constant nature and associated with the presence of a large number of 6, 12 and 18-th pulse frequency converters in the power network. To reduce the influence of higher harmonics on the operation of the skip hoist frequency converter, the method developed by the authors for mathematical processing of measurements of power quality indicators is applied, which involves design calculation and implementation of hybrid filter compensation devices in the power supply system. The application of the method can decrease the values of higher harmonic coefficients and, as a result, reduce the total coefficient of harmonic voltage components. After the design and installation of hybrid filter compensation devices for the harmonic components of 17, 19, 35 and 37 orders, which make the greatest contribution to the total coefficient of voltage harmonics, the reduction in the harmonics have totaled 2 times, and this result complies with the state standard requirements. |
