18 December, 2009 the enrichment redistribution of nuclear fuel cycle was closed in Russia. At the SC Rosatom enterprise Electrochemical Plant JSC (ESP) in Zelenogorsk (Krasnoyarskij kraj) an installation W-ESP, converting depleted uranium hexafluoride in the uranium mixed oxide, was launched.
