In late 2009 the IAEA published a report on сalculating сodes for fast neutron reactors. In November 1999 a coordinated research project on modern codes and methods was started under the aegis of the IAEA. This project was designed to reduce the computational errors in the calculations of reactivity effects in the reactor cores with liquid metal heat carrier.
