Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of digitalization of labor protection, both in the public sector and at leading Russian metallurgical enterprises. Digital approaches and solutions for managing occupational safety and health in some Russian companies and the current processes of digitalization of management in this area at the state level are considered. The modern approach to industrial safety management, in particular in the metallurgical industry, is seen in the use of digital tools. The use of digital technologies in the field of labor protection reduces the risk of injury and occupational diseases of employees. Prevention of violations, transfer of state services in the field of labor protection into electronic form, increasing the effectiveness of special assessments of working conditions, digitalization of knowledge testing in labor protection, methodological assistance - the main areas of work that are designed to speed up the digital transformation of labor protection as much as possible. Currently, the digital transformation of enterprises is also confirming its relevance. Currently, there is a trend towards harmonizing the occupational safety management system of domestic metallurgical enterprises with the best global practices in this industry. Metallurgical enterprises have a colossal responsibility, which requires constant development of competencies, flexibility and instant response to changes. Thus, the digital transformation of enterprises confirms its relevance. Russian companies in the metallurgical industry are implementing their innovative and digital programs, for example, mobile applications for occupational safety specialists; digitalization helps train employees using occupational safety services, reduce the time for preparing documents through electronic document management, and conduct remote medical examinations using telemedicine equipment. , conduct online audits of remote and hard-to-reach objects, reducing inspection time, reduce injuries through digital technologies, and much more. Thus, we can conclude that the implementation of digital tools in the occupational safety management system at industrial enterprises is effective, especially in the metallurgical industry.
