Реферат | The article addresses development of a methodology to substantiate the expediency of combining the capabilities of metal extraction technologies at different stages of ore mining. When developing ore fields, mines strive for sustaining production capacity most often by adhering to advanced extraction of higher grade ores. To this effect, ways are found to maintain economic stability. One of such ways is the combination of technological capabilities at different stages of operation by varying the quantity and quality of different-grade ore reserves as well as the mine production capacity. It is proved that phased extraction using existing mine infrastructure comprehensively improves mining efficiency. The features of the stages of field development are characterized and their design models are presented. The details of the final stage of mining with metal leaching from ores, which are assumed to be substandard in traditional technology, are given. The typification of technological processes in stage-wise field development is proposed. A model of profit generation from the integration of infrastructures at the stages of field development with a graphical interpretation of the results is formulated. It is shown that involvement of substandard ores and tailings in processing improves mining performance and creates prerequisites for increasing the range of their use. The phased field development represents a real opportunity to manage the quantity and quality of mined ore reserves. It is proved that the efficiency of the subsurface use depends on the principle and scale of combining ore extraction technologies at field development stages, which reduces the cost of mining by using the available mine infrastructure. The results of the study may be in demand in design and modernization of mines, as well as in education and training. |
