Abstract |
This article describes an approach to classification of aerological risk factors with regard to the objectives of control of such factors. The structure of aerological risk factors should display properties of a production facility. For this reason, different facilities in the hierarchy of a production scheme of a mine may have different risk factors. Different systems of risk factors should also be adopted in the design of new mine and in the day-to-day risk management in operating mines. The structure of aerological risks in a coal mine is analyzed. The recommendations are given for selecting the methods of aerological risk assessment and management with regard to the factor of time. The parameters that define condition of objects of monitoring and control in the system of aerological safety of a mine are validated. It is suggested to use a risk indicator per each factor under control in the form of the value of deviation from the project parameters. The dynamics of deviations from reference risks characterizes stability of a production process and, in case of substantial deviations (more than 1–12 %), points at the need to adjust the process. This approach to the analysis and management of aerological risks based on the measurement of indicators subject to the obligatory control in conformity with the industrial safety standards in coal mines can be recommended for the use in production control and short-range planning of production processes in mines. Implementation of the approach needs supplementation of the multi-functional safety system with analytical programs to ensure accumulation of data bases on changes of mine air parameters, as well as their processing with the determination of the dynamics of deviations amongst the controlled parameters, and with the information presentation in a suitable form for the decision-making. |
