Abstract
This review contains an analysis of the world markets of CdTe,
ZnTe and CdZnTe, which grow explosively last years. The
market’s current status is described and an analysis of its
evolution tendencies is presented. Producers of mentioned
elements and compounds are reviewed and the current status
of the market is described.
