Abstract
The Russian Federation and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) signed an “Agreement to Establish on the Territory of Russia a Guaranteed Reserve of Low-Enriched Uranium (LEU)” in the headquarters of the IAEA. The first contract on fuel under this agreement was also signed.
