Analytical materials, issued by several agencies, state that the French Electricite de France (EdF), one of the world’s most powerful companies that operate NPPs, is sorely in need of human resources. The deficit of competent experts, as well as managerial mistakes related to this deficit, lead to problems with the equipment, increase in terms of planned preventive maintenance and financial losses.
