Реферат	Specialties of the Kostomuksha Mining Complex project design, its construction and operation through the period from 1982 to present time are described. The production complex optimum modernization alternatives, developed by ZAO «Mekhanobr Engineering», are determined. The ways for the Mining Complex commercial efficiency improvement through allround utilization of natural resources are defined.
