By 2015 Rosenergoatom Concern is planning to build seven floating atomic thermal power plants for their future exploitation in Far North, costing more than 70 bln rubles each. The expenses will definitely be returned if Russia intends to increase its presence in the Arctic region, which, in turn, is impossible without providing necessary facilities on the Russian Northern seas coast.
