The regular Plaksin's discourse have passed on 5–10th of October 2009 in Novosibirsk. The reports devoted to innovative processes in technologies of complex, environmental safe processing of mineral and nonconventional raw materials in the conditions of deterioration of its quality, complication of structure and increasing requirements to maintenance of ecological safety of deposit development, the condition of mineral-raw-material base of Siberian Region and prospects of its development have been presented. The conference has shown that domestic fundamental and the applied science has effective energy-saving technologies of complex and advanced processing of difficult dressing ores of difficult material composition and technogenic mineral raw materials, that allows to receive high-quality finished products, competitive in the world market.
