The experimental results of crushed stone fractional size analysis control through addition of balls or small shot into KID crushers feed, balls or shot size being smaller than discharge slot, have been considered. Installation of magnetic pulley on KID crusher discharge conveyor belt drum is proposed. This arrangement permits to control quantities of certain crushed stone size fractions, depending on current demand for a given size fraction.
