Abstract
Estimation of personnel compensation policy of nonferrous metallurgy companies realized on the basis of the analysis of cash purchasing power change of workers and number of personnel during the crisis period is presented. It is offered to use an analytical method of tarification of works for strengthening of motivation and labour productivity increase.
