Abstract
For power consumption decrease for alumina production the technological scheme should be optimized to satisfy thermodynamic and to technology requirements. The energy effervescive is relative characteristic of thermodynamic perfection of process. Determination of energy effervescives of heat-consuming system elements in alumina production has allowed to reveal the processes characterizing by the high inconvertibility, to plan ways on reduction or liquidation of this inconvertibility. The maximum effect is provided by schemes with high degree of regeneration of reacting heat flows.
