Abstract
Highly productive technological schemes of superduty bar production with diameters 6–130 mm from constructional and electrotechnical bronzes, including new, nonconventional for factory marks alloy are realized. Experiments are realized on the basis of results of the research works spent in a foundry-melting production cycle at hot (pressing) and cold (drawing) of plastic flow and also at thermodeformation processing. Productive fully satisfies the rigid stringent technical requirements of Russian and foreign standards on stability of mechanical and electrotechnical characteristics, macrogeometry and surface condition.
