Reseaches for determination of priorities of scientific-technical development of Kazakhstan metallurgical sector have been realized. The results of questioning about activity of metallurgical enterprises, the forecast of development taking into account the main parameters, perspective technologies, directions of industrial branch modernization have been presented. Characteristics of modern state of manufacture in Kazakhstan metallurgical complex have been given with recommendations about development of major industrial branches.
