Investments, electricity bill, the expense of reagents and servicing are the most essential cost-based factors of flotation enterprises. The quantitative estimation of influence of all these factors on approximate service life of the equipment for big mechanical flotation machine (100–200 m³) is realized. It is established that the appropriate choice of the equipment and modern method of transfer and the capacity control will lead to considerable saving of expenses during the service life and to profit increase of flotation enterprises.
