The device, technical characteristic and results of industrial tests of  “Prima” — the universal stone saw machine, produced in Russia, using for extraction of dimension stone in quarries of Azerbaidzhan republic has been presented. The technique for calculation of productivity and minimization of losses of dimension stone from natural massif rock jointing has been proposed. Usage of “Prima” machine for dimension stone extraction in small quarries instead of powerful energy-intensive mechanized stone saw complexes has been recommended.
