Abstract
Basic engineering and technical solutions and innovative nature of the development project of Oleny Ruchey complex apatite-nepheline deposit, in the difficult to access area of the Khibiny massif, have been presented. The project is developed and carried out with continuous scientific and engineering support of a number of scientific & research and project organizations.
