Abstract | The effect of single crystal synthesis conductions on the mechanical properties of Lanthanum – Gallium Tantalate La3Ta0,5Ga5,5O14 (langatate) crystals has been studied. Investigations of anisotropy on different crystal cleaves of langatate and surfaces with different polarity were conducted. The experiment required using the Y-cut samples made from crystals grown in the argon (Ar) and argon with oxygen (Ar + O2) atmospheres and Z-cut samples made from crystals grown in argon with oxygen (Ar + O2 atmosphere). |
